We have teamed up with Raindrop Roasters in Ridgefield for our first offering of ORGANIC & FAIR TRADE COFFEE. We chose a Costa Rican bean, medium roast, very smooth, with notes of heavenly black cherry and semi-sweet chocolate.

 FROM THE KELSEY FAMILY FARM:  
 
Our hens are FREE-RANGE on organically maintained pasture and fed CERTIFIED ORGANIC NON-GMO, SOY-FREE, CORN-FREE grain from the time they are one-day-old! 
  
WHY OUR EGGS ARE SO SPECIAL:
Our hens and roosters run around in the pasture all day. We don't use any  pesticides or chemical fertilizers on our farm,  so the hens can safely eat all the bugs and grasses they want.

Our flock includes some rare and heritage breeds including Dominiques, Buff Orpingtons, Brahmas, Black Copper Marans, Black and Golden Sex Links, Silver Laced Wyandottes, Golden Campines, Salmon Faverolles, and Speckled Sussex, Blue Andalusians, and Exchequer Leghorns. We have four roosters who patrol the perimeter and keep the girls safe from hawks.

GOATS!
We have added a herd of Boer and Boer cross goats to the farm. They are the best pruners and weeders you can imagine. Full of personality, they follow us around the pasture and appear to prefer human company to that of their sheep cousins.
