WAKE THE ROOSTER COFFEE IS HERE!
Our own custom roasted coffee!
We have teamed up with Raindrop Roasters in Ridgefield for our first offering of ORGANIC & FAIR TRADE COFFEE. We chose a Costa Rican bean, medium roast, very smooth with notes of heavenly black cherry and semi-sweet chocolate. Available as whole beans in 10 oz and 1 lb compostable bags for $11 and $15 here at the farm or online at www.etsy.com/shop/kelseyfamilyfarm
We are a small farm in Southwest Washington. We have downsized considerably during the pandemic. It has given us a time to reassess priorities and put our energies in other areas.
We have reduced our flock of hens and our sheep. We are still planting out our high tunnel and may have produce this summer.
Our orchard is still producing apples, pears, cherries, persimmons, elderberries, and mulberries. We still grow grapes and blueberries. We keep our own bee hives for pollination of our orchard and garden.
We farm using only ORGANIC and PERMACULTURE methods. Our hens are fed ORGANIC, certified non-GMO, SOY-FREE, CORN-FREE feed, ORGANIC KELP, and free range on pasture.
